Harvest/Clarification Tech: Cellular Debris Remover
A patent pending filter technology for the enhanced clarification of submicron impurities in mammalian cell culture. Scalable, Sterilizable & Single use the CDR filter technology employs selective chemistry in addition to size based sieving for effective protection of final .2um polymeric membranes. Comparable in performance to lenticular based filter technologies with the benefits of single use capability. CDR Filters reduce or eliminate the need for excessive buffer flush prior to use, providing a scalable ready to use solution for the submicron haze that passes through traditional depth filters.
Validated for use with stable CHOK1/S as well as low viability transient HEK/CHO systems for expression of all protein subgroups including, IgGs, Enzymes, Tagged proteins etc.

ProStand Bags are self supported bags that can sit securing on a shelf, scale, or other flat surface. This creates a vessel that combines the benefits of carboys with the flexibility of bags. Able to ship & store flat they reduce space, waste, and costs in warehousing, shipping and in your red hazardous waste bin.
Able to be hung or stand, the flexibility is perfect for both small and large scale handling (500mL-20L). Typical uses: general buffer prep, AKTA buffer connections, TFF processing via scales
Various Port options & Sterile Assemblies are available.
FilterAid: Grade R
Proprietary Filter Aid blend used for the single step clarification of eukaryotic/prokaryotic cell culture. Cleaned x3 to remove impurities found in typical filter aids. Darcy values are optimized for CHO/HEK clarification directly over Sentinel Bottletop filters.
Ideal for Labscale Cultures 10mL-2L, come premeasured for 100mL, 500mL & 1L cultures for quick mix and filter processing.
